Alhamdulillah hirobbil ‘alamin to give gratitude for favors granted Allah SWT, who constantly mercy and the blessings in whom the author can prepare Report Field Work Lecture (KKL) is held in Situbondo - Bali on December 3-8 2016 Novenber can be conducted properly and smoothly according to plan.
The preparation of this report as accountability for travel KKL has been the author carried out and in order to complete the requirements to follow courses Field Work Lecture (KKL) in the first semester. In this report the author tries to outline the profile of companies that visited during the KKL and the discussion of the places visited, and ending describes the activities carried out.
With the completion of writing Lecture Field Work (KKL), the writer can not be separated from the support of various parties, so in this occasion the authors thank profusely to the family, especially the two loving parents who have offered compassion, concern and passion , as well as incessant prayers being said for writers, and this report can not be separated from the support of various parties, both morally and materially, the authors would like to thank with respect to:

CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION

A.    Introduction
College as an educational institution that has a major role in the development of human resources (HR) and increase the nation's competitiveness. In the era of globalization of education is developing rapidly, backed by advances in science and technology. Developments in science and technology is rapidly increasing student demand to compensate in order not far behind. One effort responding to these demands is to provide experience to students oriented to the development of science and technology there. In the process of learning, of course we are not only focused on the scope of the classical method of education today, but we can learn through direct experience in the field, which of course can maximize student learning outcomes.
Field Work Lecture (KKL) is one form of field-based learning. KKL is an answer to the demands of the development of science and technology-based field that can facilitate the learning of students in meeting. The general purpose holding KKL is so that students can directly determine the application of various sciences and theories that have been acquired during the learning process and to increase knowledge and insight in the field of entrepreneurship, which is expected to motivate the students to meet the demands of the times and the progress of science and technology is increasingly rapidly.

B.     Purpose Activity
The purpose of the activities is the Field Work Lecture (KKL):
1.      Students can develop direct insight and knowledge about the world of entrepreneurship.
2.      Students can learn about the objects that exist in the area of Bali as an ingredient to look for learning theory.

C.    Benefits of activities
KKL activities of Accounting Education Program’s Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta has benefits include:
1.      Provide more experience and knowledge to the students about the business world.
2.      Fostering solidarity and kinship Accounting Education students of 2014 batch.
3.      Motivating students to entrepreneurship.
4.      Give the provision of business planning for students.

CHAPTER II
DISCUSSION

Lecture Field Work (KKL) is one form of field-based learning. The overall aim of this KKL so that students can directly knows the science and application of the various theories that have been obtained. Field Work Lecture (KKL) is held in Situbondo - Bali. Implementation of KKL held on Thursday - Tuesday, November 3 - 8, 2016.

Agenda of activities by the author while conducting Field Work Lecture:

1.      Thursday, November 3, 2016
The departure KKL (Field Work Lecture) Accounting Education Studies Program, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta at 07:00 pm, all participants gathered in Gor campus KKL 2 to receive a briefing and pray together. Upon entering each bus, KKL participants headed the first goal to East Java (situbondo).

2.      Friday, 4 November 2016
At 5:00 am, the group stopped in the area of ​​East Java Banyuwangi to perform the dawn prayer, after we continued our journey to translit first place in areas that are still the same for their morning bath and breakfast. Around 11:00 stopped at a mosque in the area of ​​Situbondo to perform Friday prayers.
On this day, the first objective is the study visit Refiners Assembagoes Situbondo at 01.30pm. In this sugar mill we were pleasantly greeted by the staff and leadership of the factory to the direction and formed the group before entering into the plant. In the factory every group in the company of the staff as a trainer, in front of the factory gate is already the sound of thunder machine. Machine is in use at the factory using a saline-giant machine so we're excited to see the process up into a sugar cane mill. The rooms were cramped and hot as many machines and many people within the plant urge participants to be careful, because many machines are not using security.
Pleased to see and observe the process of sugar production in the factory, on our trip, we proceed to UMKM Bamboo Widya Handicreft in the area of ​​Situbondo, we arrived at the hall of the village to listen to the explanations of the chairman and founder of UMKM around 03:00pm, after getting an explanation from Mr. Widodo, we are in between to the production of bamboo handicrafts, there are many innovative products from bamboo, such as decorative lights, lanterns, fans, skull cap, and many other unique products.
Late in the afternoon we headed to the port to continue with a visit to the island by ferry, where we chose to sit in the hallway next to while enjoying views of the city from the sea, taking pictures and singing. After arriving on the island of thousand temples we stopped at a restaurant for dinner, prayer and rest a while before proceeding again The first stopover in Bali at around 11:00pm, we arrived at the hotel in the area singaraja bali pop. In our hotel was very hectic because our room was on the 4th floor and the lift only two.

3.      Saturday, November 5, 2016
In morning at 6:00am, we rushed visit the first tourist visits in Dewata   Island, the first destination today is the Lovina beach when he got there we immediately sent up the fishing boat for a closer look at the dolphins lumba.Selesai see dolphins from close we came back to the hotel for shower in the morning, have breakfast, and get ready to check out of the hotel.
Visits selanjudnya in bedugul, although in bedugul had lunch around 01:00pm, but the atmosphere is still beautiful and cool. Bedugul itself is a lake on the mountain with a beautiful garden, which makes us want to immortalize moment with a picture.
After the Bedugul, we went on a visit to Joger, before entering the jogger we had to queue for inspection of luggage and sticking stickers, and still not satisfied opted to search stuff we had to immediately leave the jogger and move on to the dance sedra.
Pursuing a Kecak dance performance in the Denpasar area we have to fast until the goal, but we were disappointed with Kecak dance performance that was nearly finished because our bus semapat one road so it takes time for the trip to the gig.
Today laurut night, we continued our journey, towards a stopover in Bali is to these two cristal hotel beach, up in the hotel lobby again you should mengntri fatherly may go up to the 4th floor using the lift, from 2 lif only one that works.

4.      Sunday, November 6, 2016
At 10:00am we headed to the beach of Tanjung Benoa, the weather was very supportive of our holiday in Bali island made us prefer to enjoy the beautiful view of the Tanjung Benoa beach along GAMES existing water from the stalls along the coast to ime lunch came, which incidentally lunch also be in these stalls.
Tanjung Benoa beach we further trips to the beach Pandavas, quite hot on this beach we arrived around 12:00am with beautiful views of sea and cliffs that lie makes us reluctant to play on the beach as it is very hot, there we prefer to rest in the mosque near palkiran.
Before the afternoon we headed to the beach dreamland, where we only see the beach from afar because the weather is still hot, we just take pictures from a distance and then back to the bus parking area to just relax and to talk with friends.
Not too long we immediately proceeded to the Garuda Wisnu Kencana park, where we were amazed by the dance performances were very strong with Balinese culture, in addition to our dance was also amazed by the giant statue of Vishnu in front of the play. Our admiration perpetuate the pose with dancers and Vishnu statue.
Pursuing untul time can enjoy the sunset maki indahnnya headed straight to the beach Jimbaran.Sampai on the beach we immediately look for a seat to wait dinner dish came while enjoying the beautiful sunset, this is the place most memorable travel in our opinion.
Finish a special dinner we went straight to the hotel to rest.

5.      Monday, November 7, 2016
The morning we were still in the room getting ready to check out and rest again for the journey home that much, at 10:00am we are just starting off to return to pualu Java, before leaving the island we stopped at the center of souvenirs krisna Bali.
In our krisna satisfied selecting items for souvenirs and have lunch at the restaurant in front of Krishna, lunch is over then we continue the journey to the port of Gilimanuk. Again in our boat were treated to a beautiful view, we can see the mountains and the blue ocean as we cross the still afternoon, so they can enjoy the beauty of the afternoon on the ship.
Java island until about 08:00pm and then continue the journey, towards which further Surakarta return home each.

6.      Tuesday, November 8, 2016
Around 7:00am we arrived in Surakarta and got two university campuses Gor muhammadiyah surakata 7:30am. After till we got off the bus and direct way to further their homes.

B.     Visits PG. Assembagoes

Aware of the importance of sugar cane in the needs of raw materials and further development of the sugar factory, excellent service to farmers continue to be pursued with the best. As for the quality of raw materials used in the sugar cane PG. Assembagoes:
1.      Sweet
a.       Age cane harvested a minimum of 11 months with minimal soluble in early average of 18% and sugar cane eligible condition and ready to be logged.
b.      Underground felling 10cm (figure analysis Dongkelan <20 Ku / Ha).
c.       Cutting shoots 5 vertebra from the top should be discarded.
d.      Sogolan not be taken, and transported but shredded and discarded.
2.       Fresh
a.       Sugarcane had been cleared to be transported and taken to the mill on the same day, because the delay will lower Rendement.
b.      KIS supply of sugarcane should be appropriate (20% rest of the morning).
c.       Tabangan lorries banned last remnant (leftover in the garden are not interested).
d.      It is hoped the information quickly from the plant of any deficiencies (Stop B), so that the sugar cane harvest can adjust supply according KIS on that day.

3.      Clean

C.     Visits UMKM’s Bamboo Handicraft Widya
Gintangan bamboo crafts in the village is the cultural heritage of society for a long time. Villagers there blessed with skill weaving and make various handicrafts from bamboo hereditary from generation to generation. Various household appliance particularly kitchen utensils made from bamboo by villagers Gintangan. Until the 1970s in the village of bamboo handicraft products Gintangan experiencing huge growth coming from villagers who migrate. They bring innovation forms, namely innovation and usability motif woven bamboo craft products more modern. These changes had a positive impact on the sale price of bamboo handicraft products that improve people's economic Gintangan craftsmen in the village.
Since that time most villagers seeks to empower its potential as a source of income while preserving the cultural heritage of the village. Some residents have formed working groups and others to establish small businesses. One of the residents, Mr. Widodo is the founder of the company Widya Handicraft was established in 1991. Now he is 55 years of age, it is still creative innovation in the field of bamboo handicrafts. A retired civil servants (PNS) which during stints as an elementary school teacher, he split time for the betterment of the village Gintangan and business development. For nearly 24 years at the helm of companies that now are often believed to be a tutor training in entrepreneurship for the public good that is facilitated by Government agencies District and the Provincial Government or the Company.
The intention of establishing this company appears less optimal for the empowerment potential in the field of bamboo handicraft villages. Many skilled workers are less satisfied with the value resulting from making bamboo handicraft products. The management system is less good than the managers of other businesses also affect consideration of established businesses. Besides marketing methods when it's passive make bamboo handicrafts market is less developed. View of these conditions, he took the initiative to set up a business that was originally named Widya Widya Karya who is now a Handicraft with the main goal of improving public welfare through the bamboo craft.
In the beginning of his business establishment gathered some youths who have expertise as a bamboo craftsman was asked to be an employee. Armed with creativity, he tried to improve and learn good business management methods which can bring substantial benefits for both employees and companies. He pioneered the marketing ranging from door to door selling its products around in housing up to the markets. Order in the thousands also once he get up involving many villagers Gintangan in the production process.
Now the hard work over the years of sweet fruit, bamboo craft products from village Gintangan much sought after and in demand from various parts of the country to export to abroad. Making Gintangan village name famous bamboo craft until Gintangan village became the center of bamboo craft and as a cultural tourism destination in Banyuwangi.

D.    Visits Travel
1.      Lovina Beach
Located in the northern part of Bali and only about 9 km to the west of the city of Singaraja. Lovina has several species of dolphins that live wild on the beach. These dolphins can be seen near the boat fishing can we rent. Each boat can usually fit up to 4-5 people. Besides dolphin tour other activities that can be done is snorkeling, fishing and swimming. Cafes around Lovina is also usually a musical performance that can be enjoyed.
Lovina history, certainly can not be separated with the figure of Anak Agung Panji Tisna. Around the 1950s, Anak Agung Panji Tisna, never traveled to several countries in Europe and Asia. What caught the attention he primarily lives of people in India. He stayed several weeks in Bombay. Way of life and the condition of the people there, necessarily affects the way he thought and insight ahead to Bali, especially building a welfare society in Buleleng.
Meanwhile, Panji Tisna also see a beautifully appointed place for people on vacation at the beach. The land has in common with his estate in Turkish Tukad Cebol, Buleleng which is also located between two streams. Inspiration Flag Tisna appeared to build a resort.

2.      Bedugul
Pura Ulun Danu Bratan history can be known based on archaeological data and historical data contained in the on palm babad Mengwi. Based on archaeological data are located on the front page of Pura Ulun Danu Bedugul there are relics of historic objects like a stone sarcophagus and stone boards were thought to have existed since the megalithic age, about 500 years before Christ.

a.       Pura Penataran Agung

b.      Pura Dalem Purwa
Inside the temple, there are three (3) Pelinggih main Pelinggih Dalem Purwa as a place to worship the Goddess Durga and Lord Rudra who is revered as a source of prosperity, Bale murda Manik (Bale Pemaruman) as a place for parum / meeting / discussion, and Bale Panjang as a place for laying ceremony means of offerings.
c.       Pura Taman Beji
This temple serves to Ngebejiang ceremony (ritual paraphernalia), and to invoke Tirta (holy water) in Taman Beji also serves as a place for Melasti (Ceremony cleansing and purification by Hindus in Bali).
d.      Pura Lingga Petak

e.       Pura Prajapati

3.      Joger
Joger word is a combination of five letters, namely J .O .G .E .R  these words do not have meaning, because the word itself JOGER not taken from existing words sebelumnya.Pada 1980 Mr. Joseph Theodorus Wulianadi (owner Joger) started his business in a shopping complex on Jl. Sulawesi 37, Denpasar.
On 9 September 1951 Joseph Theodorus Wulianadi ponder what is the appropriate name of his shop. Joseph did not want their store name given by the name commonly seen in the market or a regular store, he wanted to name his shop Unique means. Mr. Joseph remembered the great merit of Mr. Gerhard where he has provided funding of $ 20,000 as a wedding gift Joseph with his beloved wife Ery Kusdarijati, Mr. Gerhard is a school friend Hotelfachshule, Bad Wiesee, West Germany, 1970.
Finally the Sir. Joseph combining the name "Joseph" and the name of his friend "Gerhard" so that the name was derived from two characters from left Joseph = JO and 3 characters from the left Gerhard = GER so if combined into JOGER.
Date January 19, 1981 was the day of birth Joger where name Joger first time used as the name store Sir. Joseph but the name of His shop was not yet pure JOGER but "ART & BATIK SHOP JOGER" initially people do not know and have not been interested in the product that is sold by this store but because over time and that trend continues to move the end product Shop Joger received and attracted a lot of people for each item such as T-shirts and souvenirs are typical words Joger, until fINALLY Joger name became a big name and fragrant. On July 7, 1987 it was decided that Joger will only open one store in Bali Jl. Raya Kuta - Bali. and since the 1990s until today Joger referred to as WORDS FACTORY.
When entering the doors of this outlet, every visitor will be greeted with friendly and will be given a sticker as a token entry. Joger has a collection of T-shirts, souvenirs such as mugs, slippers, key chains and clock upside down. Joger Bali is the only place in Indonesia that sells inverted clock and it is typical souvenirs Joger Bali. There is also a souvenir in the form of urns and other paraphernalia.
The price also varies with the quality that is highly preferred. Almost every day the place is visited by local and foreign tourists, especially during the holiday season. The place is very strategic with a unique product-unique make this shop is never empty of visitors. So that visitors often run out of stock dress size.

4.      Sendra Kecak
CV. Bali Culture is a service business arts / entertainment Kecak and Trance Dance Stage Uma Dewi is located at street Suli No. 52 Kesiman, Denpasar Bali.
